Electric-chain hoist DC
The electric-chain hoist DC series is made in accordance with the European FEM standard. The hoist can be an ergonomic aid, is silent and versatile. As a lifting means above machines, work floors etc. or integrated in a mono-rail or crane system, this hoist offers a technical and cost-effective solution. Because of its low deadweight, the hoist can easily be used as a manually moveable crane system but it is also available in a mobile electric version whereby the wheeled chassis is fitted with a controller for adjustment of speed, acceleration etc. The hoists are compact allowing a useful effective lifting height. The hoists have a standard integrated relay control. The hoists are protected against overloads by means of a built-in slip clutch. The motor is switched off electronically when the clutch is getting slack. The hoists' standard insulation class is IP55, a higher class is optional. The chain hoists can be supplied with lifting capacities of 80 kg to 5,000 kg max. Lifting speeds up to 30m/min max., with low sway travel due to reversible terminal motor or infinitely variable using integrated frequency control.
