Electric rope-hoists DR/DH

The electric rope-hoist DR and DH series are made in accordance with the European FEM standard. The modern DR hoists are available in many variations with lifting capacities of 1,000 kg to 50,000 kg. Lifting speeds can increase to approx. 25 m/min and a max. lifting height of approx. 54 metres. The DH series is available for lifting capacities starting at 3,200 kg up to an amazing 100,000 kg.

Low sway installation is possible by means of lifting motors with reversible terminals, main lifting motor with separate low sway motor or by means of frequency control.

The hoists have a robust design, are equipped with the latest technology, have standard electrically driven trolleys in normal or short dimensions for mono-rail application or for single girder travel cranes or as double girder trolley for heavier loads.

The DR hoists are fitted with a standard electric-mechanical or electronic overload protection, integrated electronic control with advanced and extended control and service functions.

Electric rope-hoist DW
Electric rope-hoist DW are designed with an open loading winch and produced in accordance with European FEM standards for heavy loads and high lifting heights and high lifting speeds. These loading winches have a modular structure with a cable drum with separate ball-bearings, attached gearbox, brake unit and lifting motor. These hoists are, just like the DH steel wire hoists, low maintenance.

The hoists can be supplied with lifting capacities up to 100,000 kg at a lifting height of approx. 75 metres. Low sway installation is possible by means of lifting motors with reversible terminals, separate low sway motors or by means of frequency control. A stationary version as well as a double rail trolley is available for this type. The hoists are fitted standard with either an electric-mechanical or electronic overload protection and working hours counter.
