The DH wire rope hoists are robust hoists that have proven themselves worldwide in terms of reliability. Our DH hoist units can be used in a wide variety of applications, both as a traveling hoist on cranes or monorails and as stationary solutions. They offer a number of special technical features that enable loads to be handled reliably also for demanding requirements. Conical-rotor brake motors in combination with mechanical microspeed units facilitate particularly high numbers of starts/stops and duty factors. In combination with tried-and-tested contactor control, DH hoist units ensure reliable operation also in harsh environments with high ambient temperatures, high dust levels and aggressive atmospheres. Other features include:

three sizes with load capacities up to 100 tonnes
hook paths up to 104 m
highly precise positioning with mechanical microspeed
rope lead-off possible in any direction
torsionally rigid frame open on all sides – for bolted connection on all sides

The hoists are robust and equipped according to the latest technical standards. The hoists are available as standard with an electrically driven trolley in normal or short construction. This makes the DH wire rope hoists suitable for monorail applications, single girder overhead cranes, and as double girder trolley for higher loads.
