INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

The periodic maintenance and/or inspection of your cranes and hoists can be carried out quickly and professionally by us, as a specialized company. This work is performed in accordance with the ARBO policy rules, the EN regulations and the provisions as stated in the Machinery Directive.

The frequency of the periodic inspection depends on the condition of your lifting installations, the intensity of use and the average loads.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

The law prescribes that inspections must be carried out at least once a year by an authorized expert. If safety demands it, several inspections per year are necessary. The amount of inspections to be carried out by us also depends on any work performed by your own employees. This will of course be determined in mutual consultation.

During the inspection, all components of the crane and/or hoist are checked and recorded in a digital inspection report via our portal IM-Sys, which is developed in-house. If an unsafe situation is observed during an inspection, this will be immediately reported to your responsible officer so that immediate action can be taken.

INSPECTION REPORT

Afterwards you will receive a detailed inspection report with an inventory, accompanied by an explanation, any recommendations and action points. This can also be viewed via our portal IM-Sys. The inspection report serves as proof to the Labor Inspectorate that the crane has recently been inspected. You must also be able to submit this inspection report at the request of the Labor Inspectorate.

On the basis of this report, you can determine whether further maintenance, overhaul and/or replacement of parts should be carried out. This can be carried out by your employees or by us, in mutual cooperation.
