These two champions passed their VOL-VCA exam with flying colors last Monday.

Elmec pays a lot of attention to train our employees and ensuring safety. That is why we think it is important that our employees who visit other companies have their VCA diploma.
Lieke and Natacha have been very diligent in learning the material and this was reflected in the high score they achieved in passing the VOL-VCA exam.

Lieke joined Elmec in May and feels right at home here. She fulfills the function: Service support and organization specialist. Especially for service and support on the technical services side, Lieke plays an important role within our organization. Also organizational matters related to internal automation systems and company structure she is eager to bite her teeth in.
"Elmec has welcomed me with open arms. I ended up in an organization where fine colleagues work, where there is a good atmosphere, where there is attention to personal development of employees and where working with pleasure is very important. I look forward to a sustainable future together!"

Natacha has been with Elmec just a little longer since February and is also enjoying herself immensely. She holds the position: Back office support and marketing specialist. For her position, she occasionally travels to customers to collect great content. Because this brings her mostly into contact with work environments where high-risk tasks are performed, a VCA diploma is important.
"I have been working at Elmec for almost six months now and every day is very diverse. The freedom to set up my own personal cockpit to shape my job is incredibly pleasant. The friendly atmosphere at Elmec and the togetherness among colleagues can be felt every day. Very nice to be part of this beautiful and ever-growing company."
