Last weekend, a large group of ELMEC colleagues enthusiastically participated in the walking event, the marathon, and the 10 km run, organized annually by Stichting Venloop in Venlo. Our team's participation has grown into a cherished company tradition that reflects our core values: perseverance, motivation, and above all, enjoyment.

A notable debut this year were our brand new sports shirts in striking colors, which made their first appearance at this event. The shirts immediately drew attention along the course and ensured that the ELMEC team was recognizable from afar. "The new shirts are not only pleasing to the eye, but also incredibly comfortable," an enthusiastic colleague reported after the event. The high-quality, breathable material proved perfect for the physical demands of the walking event, the marathon, and the 10 km run, providing optimal ventilation and quick-drying properties. This combination of style and functionality was particularly well-received by all participants.

The atmosphere during the event was vibrant, with colleagues cheering each other on every step of the way. The sense of togetherness extended far beyond the finish line, where several colleagues celebrated their achievements together. This annual event not only offers a physical challenge but also strengthens the bonds within our team.

The route through the streets of Venlo provided a beautiful setting for our athletic achievements. Spectators along the route added extra motivation with their enthusiastic encouragement. For many of our colleagues, crossing the finish line was a personal victory they won't soon forget.
